HIS MEMORY LIVES ON

It is with great sadness that we learned of the death of  our loyal comrade, Alan Welfare.

Alan joined Union Movement as a teenager in the 1960s and was a hard working activist. He later joined the League of St George and attended the "Piigimage to the Izer" at Dixmuide with LSG Comrades.

A fervent European, he lived in Spain for a couple of years before returning to Britain.

Alan died on the 28th of February from a heart attack, and  leaves behind a wife and two children.

A Loyal Comrade who will  be sadly missed.
